Beautiful Black and Tan slip cover underneath evening dress for a night out on the town, a family gather, or holiday party. Express has some of the cutest dress for a night out. (in my opinion). NWT never worn. Got this plastic around the top area so that your dress doesn’t fold from the top. Price is negotiable. I’m trying to get as much as possible with posh fees.
