I bought this adorable dress from Modcloth and wore it once for a birthday dinner. It has sat in my closet since! The sweetheart neckline is VERY flattering. The straps can be unbuttoned to adjust them to be higher or lower, and can also be detached to allow you to tie them so it becomes a halter dress if you prefer. It is a bit short and fits pretty tight for an M -- I'd say this is the equivalent to a size 6. The print is sweet, and you WILL get compliments! Plus--POCKETS! It's perfect.
