Ball- Pageant- Princess dress, formal wear gown

This dress was wore once for a California state finalist pageant. It is a beautiful rose pink color and has a hoop included. It was hemmed for a person of 5.4 however can be altered to be larger or smaller at a small cost- I have recommendations if needed. This dress is still new as mentioned above- only worn once, and still has its lovely color, fluff, and poise.
