Back and white weave pattern tie back blouse

Black and white weave pattern blouse with black tie back. Capped sleeves. Size medium. I have worn with short black skirt to dress up and with jeans and black flats for chic casual. Worn 3-4 times only. Hand washed with care. Excellent used condition.
