BRAND NEW NEVER WORN! Lost the tag while I was taking pictures flipping it inside out. She is brand new and NOT from the LOFT outlets. The skirt part is folded and very flattering. Two layers on top. The outside layer is sheer with polka dots. Great for a night out or any occasion really, I just don't really go out anymore and have so many things still in my closet.
