Brand New! Only tried on but never worn. Purchased @ MACY’S for a wedding that didn’t happen due to COVID ☹️ and won’t fit my daughter next year. Size 3/4 100% polyester shell & lining with inner crinoline layer. Gives the dress a slight flare at the bottom. Dress has POCKETS!! Ribbon belt can be tied in front or back & is removable.
