BCBGeneration sz2 Chiffon Cut-Out Romper

I wore this beautiful romper to a formal event with black heels and got so many compliments! The flowy aspect of this romper made me feel super comfortable (because I'm insecure about my arms), while the cut-out and waist slimming aspect made me feel confident! The back is semi open as well. I still think this romper would be complete if you added a black belt at the waist! There are no issues with it, I just don't have another event to wear it too, and would like to get some money back!
