This blue floral dress is super cute and in great condition! It is made by BCBG Paris and is a women’s size XXL. This dress is super light and has an attached mint green slip underneath. With drawstring shoulders, the length of the cap sleeves can be adjusted. It also has a deep v-neck with a very comfortable elastic waist band. The length hits above the knee. There are also ruffles on the bottom of the dress. The black straps to hold the dress on the hanger have been cut off. Measurements when laid flat: Length: 35 inches Armpit to armpit: 22 inches Waist: stretches to 22 inches
