BCBG Navy blue and white polkadotted blouse

This is a gorgeous blouse that is very flattering. There is an elastic around the waist and around the wrist. It comes with a belt that you tie. You are able to remove the belt if you prefer not to wear it. There is three buttons in the front. Tried to take a picture of it. I wear small and medium and it fits me
