BCBG Flutter Sleeve Rich Blue Jaquard Button Down (NWOT)

A rich blue textured button down flowy blouse with short flutter sleeves. The jacquard pattern is made of crushed velvet and the shirt is satin-like. The buttons end at the chest and are covered and not visible when worn. No need for a cami because the chest is lined and not see through, but the short sleeves are semi-sheer. New with out tag (NWOT) - No tears, stains, or missing buttons. Still has tag string attached, but no paper tag.
