Will ship with the garment bag, straps not included. For reference, I am 5’0”, 145lbs and am a S/M in most clothing! I rounded up to the nearest inch to bust, waist and hips if I needed to alter it, but it ended up fitting fine as the chiffon didn’t have much stretch.
