@coffeebick712 has been used.. all cosmetic.. infrared works perfectly and the silver is perfect. Blue acne/ sterilizer light works perfectly. The handle is a soft coating.. I could lightly wet sand it and it would look brand new.. I upgraded and that’s my first model. Well below retail or resale asking prices. Let me know what you think? I absolutely love mine.. use it in the car.. works for aches and pains also. Enough so I bit the bullet and bought the upgrade..
