Authentic WWII Manhattan Project Certificate

This is a genuine certificate issued by the US War Department to a Mr. Frank E. Winn of the J.A, Jones Construction Company for his participation in the covert Manhattan Project. The certificate is framed, possibly in the original black colored wood, but no glass. Truly a unique piece of American history you can own today. I don't know exactly what role the Jones Company played in the project, perhaps in the construction of the Los Alamos town? That is something you can research after you buy it.
