Stunning barrel design pill box purchased at Tiffany's flagship Chicago store circa 1970. Retired design new. Mechanism that turns, like a seasonings bottle, is beautiful. See open & closed pics, 2 & 3. Bottom engraved with Tiffany's stamp from era. See original pouch in pic 5 compared to newer vintage pouch. Original pouch is tarnished & faded. All due respect to this amazing community, item will go through concierge. Can be used to sprinkle healthy sugar substitutes on food & drinks. Amazing!

ppamprrd @winter_in_vegas So strange, I thought I had measurements, but guess not. I will verify, but it is like 1.5 in...maybe 2 in long and about 1 inch around. It is a pillbox meant to be carried in a purse. In modern times, I would say it can be used for something like Stevia. My friend carries those little packets around in her purse because she won't use sweet & low which is in almost every restaurant and bar.

ppamprrd @beccanut29 I suppose that it can be used as a toothpick holder, but I don't think that is what it is. The opening is too small. Back in the 70s, I think people used it to hold tiny heart or sugar pills. Actually, I think a great use would be for healthy sugar substitutes to sprinkle on food and in drinks. I know people that carry healthy packets, like Truvia etc., that restaurants do not serve.
