I loved this purse but it’s too big and I’m trying to downsize. The zipper stop is broken but LV quoted me $0 to have it fixed in a 2-3 week timeframe. I just never shipped it off to be repaired. There are other companies out there that also repair authentic LV pieces. This purse comes with verification of authenticity and original tags!! It is priced accordingly for the hassle of having the zipper fixed. Price is firm. The inside is SPOTLESS!
