Aurora Ring, Bronze Hand Cast Portrait Ring, Size 9

In Italy, the name Aurora means dawn, a fresh beginning. This is the first portrait ring design I've cast for WhyteWing's Italianate Collection. In time, there will be multiple sizes available. The metal is bronze, which is an alloy of copper and tin. The nature of hand crafted jewelry is that there will be small variations, even between pieces of the same design. This Aurora portrait ring is size 9. The portrait design measures 26 mm from top to bottom, and 20 mm across. That translates to 1 inch by .75 inches. I add a high quality protective coating to the bronze which will delay patina changes and limit skin contact reactivity for a time.
