This is a lightweight, washable cotton/silk fabric, it’s semi fit, blousey on top and skims close to the body, there’s a 2 inch smocked panel at the natural waist line and partially lined at the knee with side slits.It’s a breathable fabric and Even though it’s silk it’s still washable and line dry in excellent condition.
