jadecouture @emilymichellec it’s 34cm at the rib seam on one side so double for the whole circumference. I’m a 72/73cm waist and it fits me. The seam falls right under the bust line and the rest of the dress gets wider for a loose fit at the waist. Inner shoulder has non slip lining. Sorry for the really late reply but I had a family emergency.

jadecouture @livystreasures i have measurements up above in another reply. I can’t say if it’s true to size but I’ve tried it on before and I’m a size small and it fits me. Small as in F21 size. If you like it, I can drop the price to $25 for you to cover some shipping.
