This eye catching and gorgeous dress is very well made and fully lined. The material is a cotton/polyester blend, but looks like satin. The sleek form fitting dress hugs the body and the cute bubble hem is the perfect finish. The spaghetti straps are elastic and, in my opinion, can be tucked in so you could also wear this as a fabulous strapless dress.
