Apt 9. Size Small. Short Sleve. Button Up. Cotton Blend. Embellished with buckles on sleeves. Please note that the tag says it's a medium but it has a 34" bust measurement which is a small. Center back 24". Gathered pull 7.2" sleeves with buckles. 32" waist. My monitor is showing the color as being more blue but it's teal. Excellent pre-loved condition. No spots, tears or damage. We sell on consignment but many items are hand selected by us and all pre-owned items may be gently loved. Our clients have various preferences with regard to accepting offers. I use Downey and Bounce in my laundry so if this is a problem for you please don't bid. I have a master's degree in clothing and textiles, so all items are held to a very high standard.
