Antique Coffee Grinder. Family piece. From my Great Grandmother’s farm. In original, unaltered condition from when it was found. There is damage to the wood on this piece from use and due to it’s age. This only adds to it’s charm. One piece of the grinder cover is missing. The wood knob on the handle is also loose. I didn’t want to touch or alter this piece. The little drawer is wood with tin sides. The knob on the drawer is missing some wood. See photos. It is a marvelous conversation piece and fun decor for a kitchen. Grinders such as this one that are this old are becoming scarce. This one is 140-145 years old. Archival information indicates that this particular grinder may have been a very early version made by the Charles Parker Co. of Meridian, Connecticut prior to 1873.
