Antique 1930s Metal Toleware Hand Painted wall Plate Roses Flowers

Here for your consideration is a metal Toleware Hand painted wall hanging plate. It measures 10". The hanger on the back is like a little Wall Pocket. I am not sure what that is used for. This plate is a little shabby. It is all hand painted but has scratches and chips to the black parts of the plate. All flaws are pictured.
