Antique 1800s French Cut Steel shoe buckle

Antique 1800s French Cut Steel shoe buckle Buckle is a single shoe buckle. It is rusted but has all the original studs and the leather piece on the back. Im sure this could be shined up and look amazing. Has the markings on back that say "Made in France". Buckle piece does come off and can be put back on. Pick up in south Austin or ship.
