Anthropologie black velvet chunky heels with strap

Maybe worn only a few times. The leopard was an added insole to help them fit. They are a 41- which is like a 10-10.5. These are on the narrow side and definitely a 10. My daughter wears a 9.5 (which is why we added the insole) and they worked perfectly. These are adorable shoes.... you could be rockin the 90's with tights and a mini skirt!
