Ann Taylor Finity Skirt

I wish this fit, but it doesn’t :( I want someone else to fit this fabulously! Falls to about the middle of the shins. It’s missing a button on the inside to tighten it, I took a picture. The entire front part flaps down. Size 8 Length: 31.5in Waist: 26in (measured while lying flat)
