This is a battery-operated animated plush dog toy made by Charm Co in 1994. It walks, talks, and can do backflips. It is a toy from the 80s/90s, and comes in its original packaging (NIB). Works perfectly/ NOTE does not include batteries, but tested in 12/27 and works perfectly.
