Ando Japan Japanese cloisonne cherry blossom plate dish enamel

According to my research, this pretty dish is made by Ando of Japan (only a partial label remains on the back). Cherry blossom cloisonné design on a 5" square dish. There is a bit of damage on the rim but only one spot is visible from the front. Otherwise good condition. Smoke- and pet-free home.
