Hey girl you sent me the wrong pair on accident. I wanted these that were the same sateen as the others NOT the extreme leggings which is what I got. 😪 how can we fix this?

@princessshelbii I’m so sorry ! The colors are similar in person. More so than in pictures. I just contacted Poshmark support to ask what to do. I know you needed them for work. I apologize. If you don’t want to see what they say - if you want you can send them back- don’t accept the order and explain why and they will email you a shipping label and I can then resend them all again with the correct pair ? I feel terrible about that. 😕

@heather2632 I would like to find the easiest quickest way to fix the mishap for sure! I can’t afford to pay more even for shipping right now so not sure what to do.

@princessshelbii I’m not sure either. You missed the window they give buyers to decline the order and send it back with prepaid postage- the three days from when it was delivered. I still haven’t heard back yet from Poshmark.

I have contacted them as well. I am NOT happy about this. I’ve been dealing with a family member in ICU so I haven’t dealt with anything but I just sent a very angry message to support in regards to them not answering you about the issue since I trusted you would take care of it, so now we wait..

@princessshelbii the only email I got from them was one of those ‘’we will get back to you soon’’. Usually they are pretty quick. And that was on Sunday saying they ‘haven’t forgot about me and will contact me soon’.

Hi- Poshmark emailed me finally and said the same thing that I mentioned to you last week before the weekend came. You needed to not accept the order within the time frame to be able to send them back with the postage paid by Poshmark. After that time frame goes by, they are unable to do anything I understand you had a hectic time with your family member- but even I couldn’t cancel the order on my end once it was sent. I understand that I sent the wrong color but I did all I could do.

@princessshelbii really? I didn’t do anything ? I told you to cancel the order so you could send it back for free, and you didn’t. I told you I emailed Poshmark and they told me that you were supposed to cancel the order. I don’t appreciate your lies in the review.

It wasn’t lies. I’ve tried contacting you numerous times sense having issues getting a reply from posh support and you’ve ignored them all. It’s obviously not getting fixed so I got screwed over and a pair of pants I didn’t want and you get paid, lol it’s fine. Just irritating and others should know. That’s a huge mistake to make... I will double triple check tags, waistlines, etc to the T to make sure I’m sending the correct item in the exact condition listed.

@heather2632 Sad thing is if this would have gotten fixed like it should have in the first place or simply not happened at all I’d have spent probably another $50 shopping your closet.
