American Eagle Long top tunic

This American Eagle top could be worn as a short dress. I am 5’8” and would not be comfortable in this as a dress, but it’s great with leggins. I’m helping my daughter move, and her new closet is way smaller, so she is purging a lot. This looks new. It has an elastic neckline that can be worn off the shoulder or pulled up. The measurement from armpit seam to hem is 24”. It features a tiny black floral on an ivory or off white background. The sleeves also have a loose elastic gathering at the bottom.
