Amanda Remembered Animal Print Short Sleeve Smocked Christmas Dress Size 5

This has the feel of soft velvet. So cute for Christmas and Santa events. This was worn and hand washed a couple of times, but still in excellent, excellent condition with no stains, holes, or snags. Love the red trim on the elastic cuffed sleeves. Measurements are in the photos. Questions welcomed.
