Altered Vintage 80s Zum Zum Burgundy Velvet & Black Chiffon Pantsuit Prom Dress

This is a vintage Zum Zum pantsuit with a burgundy velvet top and black chiffon bottom, most likely made in the 1980s or '90s.. The piece has been altered at some point with extra chiffon being added to the bust to make it larger. The straps were originally spaghetti straps, but they have been cut so that it now ties around the neck. Aside from the alterations, the piece is still in pretty good shape.
