Hi, could you please provide the exact armpit to armpit and armpit to cuff measurements in inches of this jacket? I wear my clothes tight so 19.5 vs 20.5 make a huge difference to me. Please take the measurements with the jacket buttoned up / zipped / closed. Thanks
