Alexander McQueen Spring 2005 Runway Sample Jacket. This jacket was supposed to walk the Spring 2005 Runway but Lee pulled it at the last minute. This jacket is a size IT42. It is brand new and has never been worn. The design was executed immaculately. It truly is a masterpiece. It never was put in to production so it is the only one that was ever made by Lee. This is for a true collector of McQueen.

bazaarstylist @glasschick I believe Lee pulled it at the last moment because he had a very similar jacket already walking. Lee was and will always be the mastermind of fashion to me. I wanted to work with him and was heartbroken when he took his own life. bazaarstylist and constructed such a garment for the mother of the groom for a wedding where I did her jewelry, hair, makeup and put fresh gardenias in her hair. I didn't intentionally outdo the bride but all eyes were on the mother of the groom where the W Hotel personnel thought she was the bride. I am in a pinch for time at the moment but will write more later.

faulknercolette Wow!! This is so beautiful! I believe I have the top that would accompany this jacket (or at least the top version of it haha) It’s a vest made from the same material I believe and has the same ribbon detailing, along with a high lace collar.
