Agaci premium skort floral shorts

This is a beautiful black skort that has grey and white big roses on it and looks like a skirt but has shorts attached underneath. Very cute and stylish! Worn once or twice and looks new still however there is a area on the back that has some thread showing as seen in photo #2. I purchased it from the store like this.
