travvellr I would say yes. I am 6'2" and it is about 3 inches above the knee. Short on me but not too short. Hope that helps. You can also wear it off the shoulder or pull it up. Personally I like it off the shoulder

travvellr No. The fabric is just a little heavier so that it doesn't cling. When I tied it on it fell staight. It might be a little more if you have larger hips. Hope that helps
