herparallax @redheadbohemian I saw the case was opened with the two dresses you split with jen? Would you like us to replace the other dress? I know posh doesn't do partial refunds so they will make you return the whole bundle but I could get jen to replace the mini dress with something else?

herparallax @redheadbohemian hey yea posh doesn't do partial bundle returns yea. I can message them on the post saying to return only half the bundle but they only accept returns on the full bundles. So if some items in the bundle you want to keep they don't let you keep those they make you return the whole bundle. This was true about 5 months ago. I had a case then that was a ten item bundle and the buyer wanted to return one item. They made her return the whole bundle!

herparallax @redheadbohemian and she only sent back one item but got a full refund for the entire bundle. It was a very sad day for me lol 😂

herparallax @redheadbohemian Yes they confirm it with you. I had to go through weeks of getting them to fix the situation because she only sent one back :( You meet all kinds of people here on the app. Most of them are awesome but you do get some bad apples. Or if you want I could look into any other style you might want to stock and try to find it for you? Would that work?

bellanblue @redheadbohemian I have my limits. We both have been very patient with you with your demands, me driving to LA to get the replacement top for you and ship out with my 1 year old. If that is not good customer service, I really don't know what to tell you. And I"m perfectly OK with you not shopping with us again. We have done everything we can to try to fix or make you happy, but still complaints.
