Adjustable with two straps on the inside. Functional zipper pockets. Pit-to-pit measures 18 inches. Meant to be more fitted. For reference: I am 5‘5“ and about 145 lbs. This fits well. In great condition! (The tag/sticker on the inside is getting loose, though.) Ideal and convenient as a light layer, for everyday or those active outdoors.
