AVOID SELLER GARBAGE ITEMS & RUDE SELLER

I got 2 sets of air pods on 10/22 & received them 10/26. A few days ago I put them in while I was working & they wouldn’t even turn on. They’ve never been mishandled in any way. I msg’d her & asked if I was the only one with this problem and instead of receiving great customer service, she is a rude individual and blocked me! WHO DOES THAT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS?? There’s no way I’m the only one she’s done this to. I will definitely NEVER EVER buy from her again and urge others not to also.
