ASTR the label romper in good condition, there is a small tear in lining near inside label and a couple very small snags on the right bodice front - see photos - otherwise, good to go! Very cute design features pockets, cross over front that can be worn plunging or with button - see pic - and a lovely pattern that pops. Waist is 12 inches across and has stretchy elastic that can easily expand to 14 or 15, shorts inseam is 3 inches, shorts are lined with a light mesh fabric.
