AREA SAMPLE Black Midi - one of a kind - sz 4

This is a listing for a ONE OF A KIND black mini dress from Area. I bought this dress at an Area sample sale in NYC last year. It’s beautifully constructed, lined, and fits like a glove. I’m selling it because I prefer a longer length. Fabric is a stretchy black crepe. It has some give to it and is forgiving on curves, while still being sturdy and thick and holding you in. I believe it is the US size 4 equivalent. The dress is not tagged, but I have taken measurements and included them in the photos here. I am a true size 6 and the dress is a little tight on me but it fits. I would recommend this dress for a size 4-6 or anyone in between. Most other Area dresses like this sell for $800+. This dress feels SO high quality. Since it is a sample and is untagged, it has only likely ever been tried on by myself or a model and it is in excellent condition. Selling for a steal - this is a piece you’ll have in your wardrobe forever! The perfect little black dress!
