This dress mimics both a mermaid and an impressionist painting. It's a lot of fun and if it still fit me I would keep it. It's fitted with a peek a boo sweetheart neckline and falls below the knee. The back is gathered in the center creating a pretty draped look. See picture, the seam over the hidden zipper needs a stitch, it's not noticible when worn.

Bust waist hip and length measurements?

@sknosa In shirt in having a difficult time measuring it accurately because of the ruching and overlay. The bust laying flat pit to pit is 15 inch. The length is about 34 inch with the overlay. For reference I was a size 4/6 when I wore this.
