SMALL “MEADOW RUE” GREEN flow bottom blouse. This is a re-posh. I’ve worn this three times. And dry cleaned it. Velvet intricate design at the top. Small buttons. There’s elastic in the sleeve so the sheer end part can flow loosely. There IS PILLING on this. The seller noted it but didn’t really explain the extent. This the low price of this item.
