The waist is designed with sliver small round charms that go all the way around the waist. It has a side zipper and eye hook for closure. Size Large Approximate Measurements 14” Long 14.5” waist laying flat There’s a rip underneath the skirt on the tool fabric you can’t see it. Otherwise great condition.
