ABS Evening Collection Navy Blue Belted Boat Neck Dress

Navy blue dress, from ABS Evening Collection, features a boat neck and 3/4 length sleeves. Slim belt with a rhinestone buckle. One grommet is missing from the most inner hole on, which is shown in last picture. Otherwise it is in excellent condition. Size 2. For reference, mannequin is approximately a size 4/6.
