AB STUDIO Royal Blue Blouse with Chiffon Overlay

This top is a beautiful royal blue. In excellent used condition. The sleeves are a sheer chiffon type material. The top has two layers; top layer a soft chiffon; no see through except for bell sleeves. The bottom has loose elastic but does not hug the body, or at least it didn't with me when I tried it on. It measures 24 inches from the shoulder and 19 inches pit to pit. It is size small, but fit me well and I normally wear a small/medium, so I think it could go for either size.
