A Women's Choker Collar Necklace Egyptian Tassel Rhinestone Steampunk Gold Tone

This is a very unusual choker necklace. It is a collar type with black tassels and rhinestones hanging from it. This is very Egyptian or perhaps Etruscan in style and I couldn't find anything like it in a search. The collar is a gold tone metal with elongated diamond stations, and at the back it is a doubled chain with a lobster claw clasp. This might make a nice Cosplay costume piece.
