Vintage Dress Barn Halter style dress. no tags or labels attached to garment. looks to be a cotton blend fabric. can be worn with a belt. no belt included. in very nice pre-owned condition. empire high waist just under breasts. top is fitted with darts. zips up the back from just above the hips with a eye hook closure at the top of the zipper. hip area is roomy. see pictures. they are part of the description. white black green size is a Large. I wear a size 14 / large and it fits me nicely. I am 5'-5" tall and it hits me just below my knees.
