90s vintage Brown PVC handles sides and bottom. White and red striped inside with zipper pocket. Same design on both sides but one side had sequins and bead details. White caps on waves have glitter (both sides). Excellent condition except one side has white spotting (cleaned disappears then when dries they come back) and slight creasing in material (see last photo)
