90s Tartan Dress

Fabulous vintage tartan plaid dress with an amazing collar … Very soft and comfy Would make a fabulous Christmas dress ! Collar looks antique … embellished with pearls but pretty sure it’s original to the dress Love the pleating system at the waist Sz 14 but with the waist ties tied all the way up, I think it’s super cute on the S mannequin as well … it kinda makes the material billow/drape in the back … so I’m gonna list as could fit several sizes but the measurements are shown as well ! Great condition to me — collar has a little Vintage coloring as you can see in the photos 🥰 as in it’s not bright white … which I think wouldn’t look as good anyway
