90s Red Floral Paisley Lace Bell Sleeved Fairycore Whimisgoth Style Top Small

A gorgeous fairycore/whimisgoth style top from the 90s ❤️ This is a lacey material overlay with an inner lining. Red with black and tan floral, leaf, and paisley print. Ties at the neck and waist or back, depending on how you want to wear it. The sleeves are fitted and have a dramatic bell flare at the ends. This has a handkerchief hem, which comes to a point at the front and back (very 90s!). Lettuce trim around the sleeves and bottom hem. The brand is I.N.C. Petite, and it's a size small. Excellent vintage condition!!!
